Purpose-built for the middle market

You have questions. We have direct answers.

Middle-market leaders face many of the same transformation challenges as the largest companies—but without unlimited budgets, layers of internal staff, or patience for long consulting engagements. Here is how our model is designed differently.

It means senior support, practical tools, and hands-on execution without the cost structure, staffing pyramid, or extended timelines of a traditional consulting firm.
Traditional firms often bring large teams, long timelines, and significant overhead. We work with smaller senior teams, focus on the few issues that matter most, and stay close to execution.
All three—but our starting point is the business outcome. We combine strategy, operating-model experience, change leadership, and enough technology depth to translate AI and digital tools into real operational change.
We support transformations, AI operating-model redesign, post-merger integration, strategic planning, value creation, commercial improvement, and critical initiatives that lack clear ownership or execution capacity.
No. AI transformation is a major focus, but our broader work centers on helping leadership teams translate strategy into execution. That includes integration, operating-model redesign, growth, cost transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
Most clients do not need six to nine months of support. Many need focused help for one to three months, followed by lighter ongoing advisory or execution support.
The senior people you meet are the people who do the work. We do not sell with senior partners and then hand delivery to a large junior team.
We use small senior teams, flexible staffing, AI-enabled delivery, and targeted specialist support. Clients pay for the expertise and outcomes they need—not for a large consulting pyramid.
No. Our goal is to increase the effectiveness and capacity of the existing leadership team. We embed where needed, help resolve bottlenecks, transfer tools and capabilities, and leave the organization stronger.
When the issue matters, the leadership team is stretched, and the organization cannot afford to let execution drift. We are most useful when a company needs senior judgment and practical support quickly.
